DESCRIPTION
The Red House is the premier village hall and community centre in Albrighton. It is the only unaffiliated hall in the village and is administered by the Albrighton
Village Halls Trust. Its function is to provide accommodation for educational, social and recreational purposes
for the residents of Albrighton and the surrounding area. The Red House has a wireless broad band connection.
The building has a licensed bar and is fully licensed for entertainment. The facilities provided
are as follows:-
GROUND FLOOR
MAIN HALL AND ANNEX
The main hall is licensed for 200 persons and has a sprung dance floor. It contains a stage, and the hall can be
divided into two parts using a movable partition. It can be used for meetings, exhibitions, parties, wedding receptions
etc. There is an amplifier system with speakers in the main hall, annex and bar lounge, each area can be
switched off.
The Main Hall is 10.5 metres x 10 metres, 105 square metres
The Annex is 8 metres x 5.5 metres, 44 square metres
The stage is 5.5 metres x 3.3 metres, 18 square metres
The combined floor area of the main hall and annex, not including the stage is 150 square metres
It is possible to seat 200 for shows, talks, lectures etc. and a maximum of 120 for sit down meals.
BAR LOUNGE
The bar lounge is licensed for 60 persons and has a licensed bar. It can be used with or without the bar facility.
The bar lounge is 10 metres x 6 metres, 60 square metres.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with the following:-

This Meeting Room is 4.7 metres x 4.4 metres, 15 square metres and is equipped with tables and chairs AND IS SUITABLE FOR 15 PERSONS

MEETING ROOM 3
This Meeting Room is 4.7 metres x 4.4 metres, 20 square metres and is equipped with tables and chairs, suitable for 20 persons
